Help! Culinary disaster, too much turmeric? Can I save it?

I just made a curry and it’s absolutely inedible. I’m guessing it’s because the recipe called for 2 teaspoons of turmeric which seemed a lot but I unwisely put my faith in it... I can’t think what else would make it taste so rank. Any ideas how to save it from the bin? Seems a shame to waste so much food Sad

5 spice and lemongrass in the same recipe is a travesty- i feel sick just thinking about it! I don't think it can be saved.

This is my guess too.

Fortunately I couldn't be bothered to fetch the lemongrass so it's definitely not that Grin

Kimchi Envy you poor thing. Good for the digestion though eh? Wink

Abel that actually sounds like the worst curry recipe I've ever read. 5 spice and turmeric?! 5 spice is nasty at the best of times. Who wrote that shit? They just threw some Asian-sounding stuff together.

It does sound foul. Probably best to put it out of its misery Grin

Yes, that's what she tells me. All her curries taste like mint.
