Small Claims Court

Has anyone successfully claimed through the small claims court.

I have started the claim and the initial time has elapsed for them to pay up. I have now applied for a county court judgment.

I have all the evidence it needed. I was contracted to do some work and they never paid me. No issues with standard of work etc. They are being cf's.

If they get an CCJ can I then call in the bailiffs?

Yep me. He contested it in court but I got a CCJ against him. He failed to pay so I set the bailiffs on him. All now paid up.
