Anything Madonna ? The lace wedding dress and crucifix with tonnes of pearls .

The 80s Madonna look would be perfect if you want to cover your arms etc. Fishnet top over the top of a black vest, frilly skirt, loads of belts etc.

Yy Wham T shirt (choose life) off ebay, ripped bleached jeans, leg warmers, fishnet gloves, mad hair, all good and not too expensive.

I sent my DC to a 90s party as the Gallagher brothers- parkas, jeans, tshirts and sunglasses with an inflatable guitar/microphone. Cheap and no fuss.
