Hoping someone can help recommend some black (potentially brown or grey) flat or near flat boots for the office. I don't drive so I'm outside quite a lot and I can never seem to find boots that don't leave my feet sopping wet when it rains. I'm not too fussy, happy with anything from ankle boots to knee high. I've found that the amount I spend on them makes very little difference to the quality and I'm not interested in paying for a brand - I just want dry toes!!!
