I've stupidly placed an online order with probable cowboys

In a moment of madness I bought a £50 electrical item with an unknown supplier paying £5 for next day delivery.
I hadn't heard anything so I thought I'd google them, their Facebook page has dreadful reviews.
What can I do, if anything?

Contact them to cancel it, if it's not already been dispatched.

Who is the retailer?

I can't contact them. The link on the website says Server Error.
I've just been in the phone to my credit card company who advise that I'll need to wait 30 days to find a resolution.
So cross with my self

I found a number. No reply and answerphone says unable to leave a message.

They sell on Amazon Marketplace, and the good news it that some people do receive their orders, just not all! Also their terms and conditions are unlawful.

Issue a charge back request with your credit card once their waiting period has passed.

Thanks Bomb, I'll wait the 4 weeks and then get in touch with CC again.
