.....you're sitting musing on the potential myriad benefits of divorce?

You could have it so much better - Franz Ferdinand

Seriously, it's not helping Grin

Also, 'Foundations' by Kate Nash when I was considering calling off my engagement to a right twat whom I still dearly loved for some reason. Right song, right time, really depressing evening. Reader, I didn't marry him.

Tell me of songs that have made you wince at their appropriateness, please!

Anastasia - "I'm out of love, set me free, let me out this misery"

Queen - I want to break free

Both figured heavily in my pre-divorce run-up.

Sounds about right! I've discovered I veer between listening to lovey songs and noting with interest that I feel nothing like that, or avoiding them because I'm sad that I feel nothing like that.

We enjoy playing 'Sloop John B' on long drives and all chiming in for the line 'This is the worst trip I've ever been on' Grin
