sorry boring question just wondered if anyone knows what time everything is happening with regards to the MP's vote

I've seen things that say the vote is at 7pm and and then on twitter something about 8:30pm

Voting will start with voting on ammendments put forward some time after 7pm with main vote to follow.

Redpriestandmozart · 15/01/2019 18:47

Vote is roughly 9pm with results about 15 mins later

TM is just doing her speech now. Divisions are due to start at 7, with results at about 7:30.

There's four amendments to vote on first.

Can someone explain in words if o e syllable what the hell is happening please?
I thought after the last one TM couldn't get removed for a year or some such time period, now all the press are saying she may be gone after this.
I'm very confused.

There are some really useful guides on the BBC's webpages.

In one sentence: no-one actually knows what will happen. There is even a rumour that the vote may go through because so many MPs will abstain to avoid being seen to take sides.
Voting is starting now and we'll know the result before 9pm.

Fabulous. Thank you

May can only go through resigning or a GE (which won't happen) and Labour getting in. Even then she could cling on as oposition leader.
