I'm currently on sick leave due to work related stress. It's been caused by someone bullying me not the actual job.
I've just applied for the same role somewhere else but I don't know what reason to give for wanting to leave. Any suggestions? I don't want to start off slagging my current employer off but they haven't handled the situation correctly and allowed it to happen.
