What does couque d'asse mean??

I speak many languages, including friends, but I don't think I have ever come across this one ha ha Ha. I looked it up on YouTube, there is even a song about it. By the way, the cookies are quite good. Including French that should have read

Asse is a place in Belgium, so it's a type of biscuit from Asse.

It's the Belgian French version of the Flemish "Assekoeken", which translates to "Cookies from Asse".
