DP works at a carvery, last night he brought a whole side of roast ham(gammon?) home. It was too hot to put on the fridge so he left or in the kitchen intending to put it in the fridge before he went to bed...... He forgot.
Would you still eat this or would you bin it? The kitchen is pretty cold overnight and I put it in the fridge at 8 this morning,
Side note, it was one of 5 joints of meat on waste that day, it's a common occurrence too. Why are these restaurants wasting so much food???? It makes me so sad and angry.
