Tax Free Childcare Account - Missing Funds!!

I've just opened a tax free childcare account. Yesterday morning I paid £500 in using the account number and sort code given, a huge amount of money to me, and meant to keep us going for months of after school club. It's still not showing in the account! Does it normally take a few days to show? My bank account says it's gone so essentially this money is just missing and I literally feel sick with anxiety that I might have accidentally chucked so much money away. I triple checked the details before making the payment and I've checked again and they're definitely the right ones. Help!!

It takes my payments 3 days to show. I get an email confirmation when it arrives. Dont panic yet but you could check the account numbers with the bank. Top tip for paying a new payee is to send £10 first to make sure details are correct, though only possible if you have time it's well worth it for peace of mind.

From a providers point of view it's a pain in the arse. It takes 3-5 working days for your money to show in the account then another 3-5 working days for it to get to your provider when it's sent.

Io now send my invoice for the following month mid month (so February invoice goes out today) in the hope I get paid on time.
