Reporting someone to "prevent"??

I have come across a repulsive reply to a thread posted by an international charity campaigning for Gay rights.
The individual involved actually supports the torturing and killing of gay people. A quick look at their FB profile also reveals support for the Manchester Arena bomber and his family.
I feel like I should report it to someone but don't know how to go about this.
WWYD?
The individual does not appear to be in the UK.

Well I made a mess of that title didn't I?
Not even sure how to edit it. Sorry.

Hmm...google your local Prevent lead if poss and report but if they're not in UK I'm not sure much if anything can be done at this stage.

Not sure how much Prevent can do or even get involved at this stage. Unless there are young people in the UK being targeted or talking to this person online.

You can google for the details or if you have kids at school ask the head how you go about reporting someone.

Ok thank you.
Can I report directly to Facebook?

Report to the police. They will take the information and pass it onto the correct people.
