We have lots of parmesan mash, and glazed carrots, a smallish amount of fennel gratin (fennel braised in chicken stock till very soft and melting and then finished with a dash of cream and topped with breadcrumbs till crispy. Have about 3 tablespoons left.
I also have some cold roast beef.
I would like to make some sort of potato cake - hit me with your best suggestions - have most things like flour, cornflour, eggs, etc
