Not sure if I'm over thinking this but am applying for a job at entry level in an industry where I have have 30 years knowledge and Post Grad level.
I have tried to play down my cv but you can't lie and say you haven't done what you have.
The company are at a stage of change, and as an individual I happen to be one of their new target audiences. I read it on their website.
Would you think I was taking the mickey applying, wonder what is wrong with me that I'm not going for higher level work.
I'm passionate about this job, and I'm perfect for the role.
I just don't want them to bin me because I appear too over qualified.
