Period / Sickness

Hi, does anyone else have a correlation between the two?

I could be 5% not feeling well, but BOOM - the sickness hits when I'm about to have my period. No matter what, I seem to end up being sick and on my period at the same time. Coincidence?

I mean a cold / flu btw :P

I get a fever and flu like symptoms for the day before my period comes every single month. No idea why it’s so annoying and getting worse as I get older.

I just have to take paracetamol to bring down the fever and have a rest day as much as possible . As soon as my period starts I feel fine again.
