I'm 74kg and between a 14 and a 16.

Wondering how much weight I need to lose to get into a 14 more comfortably and ultimately how much I need to lose before getting into a 12.

Will also be interesting to see variations as I'm sure it will partly depend on body shape and how much muscle you have. I do quite a bit of weights so think I have got more muscle than average. I'm quite an hourglass figure so smaller waist, but boobs and a bigger bum.

Learned last night tht I’m 11st 5 (gutted). I’m a 12-14. Want to lose 2 stone to get comfortably back in a size 10.

8st 5 at the moment - am a 6/8 on top and 8/10 on bottom. I’m a pear.

I’m a good half stone heavier than pre-Christmas thanks to some glorious overindulgence. But think I’m going to try and stay here as my top half is proper scrawny when the scales say 7st something.

5ft3, 52.5kg (about 8.3 stone) and generally a size 8. Sometimes a 6 or 10 depending on the brand...

9st ish. Size 10/12. Bigger on the bottom than the top.

5’2 8 stone 5 and 6/8 clothes size depending on where I buy and what sort of fit I want.

I’ve been a total glutton since mid November and I’d like to get back down to 8 stone.

After I had DS my weight ballooned and by the time he was 3 I weighed 13 stone. Lost 5 stone over the space of 2-3 years and I’ve kept it off.

5'3", about 7 1/2 stone and a size 6-8. Not sure what it is in kilos, but I think just under 50.

9st 3lb/59kg. Was an 8 bottom, 10 top but I've put weight on over the last year, and while I'm a bit heavier all over it's the norks that have gained most. 36E, heading for EE. Because I've stayed the same shape for most of my adult life, I have a lot of clothes all the same size and a lot of the tops are now too tight to wear.

Low carb starts tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to it

I can help with this as I am also 5'2. I weighed 74kg and also wore 14 and a few 16s last summer and have lost 10kg since. I am now a 12 and was a 14 at around 68/69kg so it's around 5kg between the sizes for me. I carry my weight around my middle and thighs mostly.

How did you lose all the weight ?

I’m light build, so 6 stone 11 and size 6/8 (with disproportionately large chest unfortunately).

I'm 8st 9lb and a size 8-10.

I'm 5'2", and 8 st. Clothes are always a nightmare as I'm a fairly extreme hourglass (37-25-37), but I mostly wear an 8.

I used to be 5ft 3' but I've shrunk an inch

I'm currently 11st 3lb and size 16. I'm aiming for 10 st which I think will make me a comfortable 14. I was a 12 when I was around 9 st many years ago.
I don't think I have ever been smaller than a 10/12 even when I was an 8st teenager. My hips have always been too big to get into smaller sizes.

About 9st 3 ish. I'm a similar shape to SittHakim waist is a size 8 and arse and boobs are a size 12. Usually go for a stretchy 10 somewhere in the middle and hope for the best.

About 55kg, I usually buy size 8 (sometimes 6 in trousers). I am heavy for my size.
