Pop master on BBC Radio2- anyone who’s done it?

I’m —very— a bit tipsyfrom my home made gin and wondering if any of you have done it? A bit of Dutch courage I think but but... I used to be good ... and not brave enough- go for it and make a total arse of myself or try it?

I did it a couple of years ago. 36 points and buggered up the 3 in 10! Still have the speaker in my office. Will do it again one day!

I normally do OK when I play along at home.
So I took the plunge, had a go for real in February and scored a full house .
I'm on Champions League in December, which mostly terrifies me!

I'm so impressed!! I'd love to have a go but I'm afraid I'd be absolutely disastrous. I'd probably get questions about 50s skiffle and glam rock...

If I were guaranteed questions about 80s cheese and 90s Britpop, I'd do it in a heartbeat

Did it take you a long time to get through to start with? I tried ringing, ringing and ringing and still didn't get through when the window for calling was open.

I got lucky and made it through on my first try.
