What's on your family bucket list for 2019?

I need some inspiration.. My boys (aged 10 and 8) and I have done some cool things (walked up Snowdon; Go Ape; Paris for 24 hours with a rucksack; made dens; London tourist stuff; kite flying; climbibg; kayaking..) and I'm trying to think of cool things for this year. We are going to a big concert for the first time. We now live by the beach (which is totally awesome). Do you have some cool plans that I could borrow please? DS1 likes to have something to look forward to at regular intervals.

I am not doing these, but my suggestions would be:-

  1. walking over the 02 Arena in London
  2. flying in a wind tunnel (eg AirKix at Milton Keynes)
  3. a walk with llamas. My DD did 2) and 3) when she was 9ish, and enjoyed both.

Maybe walking up Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis, if they enjoyed climbing Snowdon.
Wind surfing.
Pottery painting.
Chocolate making/decorating workshop.
Geo caching (if this is still popular!).
Animal experience at a zoo - think some are available to 8 year olds, but not all.
Ice skating.
Go monster spotting in Loch Ness.
Trip to a professional football match, if they are interested. Or a sport which is more "unusual" - maybe ice hockey, as I believe that is very child friendly. Or Harlem Globe Trotters seem to do an annual tour.
Visit to one of those Monster Truck evenings - not sure what the correct name is, but I hope you know what I mean!
Trip to the theatre, or the panto in December.
Treasure hunt in the garden/local area.
Journey on a steam railway.

Isn't a bucket list for a family a bit morbid?

Apologies if one of you has a terminal illness. You don't mention it in the Op but then it could be a drip feed.
