What's the best way to get it out please? I'm sure I'm not the first with this problem. Cutting isn't an option and it's too solid to brush out.

Thank you!

Nursery Nurse here. Just wash it, it'll come out fine, occupational hazard!

Rub peanut better into it...

Freeze with ice and just crack it into bits...

Have a hot bath and shampoo, should come out...

Or leave if hidden will slide out if your hair gets greasy.

It’s water based so should come out with a normal wash.
I have had it in there countless times (ks1 teacher) and never had a problem.
Removing whiteboard marker from clothes though.......

It's water based so will dissolve if you wash it.

Yes comes out in the shower! I got a motorised hamster stuck in my hair recently...that was a lot more traumatic.

Enigmatic I have also had the hamster and at Christmas a mini helicopter drone. My hair is now something to behold!

You are all stars! Thank you for your help. I had assumed it would brush out and was panicking slightly.
