I remember nagging my mum for a Mr Wimpy birthday party aged around 7 we arrived, had food, host played games then Mr Wimpy came out to present party child with balloon and gift. We were one of two parties and he came out presented other child and completely forgot me. I remember being so upset my mum spoke with them and they handed over a mug by way of apology for me. I’m not sure I ever got over being forgotten!
