I've just unfollowed a page that was supposed to be all positive but actually made me feel awful about myself and annoyed.

Anyone care join me? Unfollow that page or person you've been meaning to unfollow for ages but haven't got round to for some reason. Do it! It feels good to let it go.

I have been junking a lot of emails today. I did buy from them before xmas, but now I am done, so wish they would stop pinging me every day with further offers.

I’ve disabled my Facebook and Instagram accounts for January and feel great for doing it.

It looks like Instagram won’t let me log back in, so even if I wanted to, I’d just have to set up a new account, so I’ll stay off for longer.

I've come off Facebook. It feels great. Didn't use it much but it did make me find irritating people more irritating. Also some of the great pages I use to follow and post on started getting more and more racists on them. It's like they were popping up everywhere at the end of last year. So I'm 10 days post FB. Feels good.

I deleted the Facebook app from my phone and check it once a day now. I was becoming so frustrated with ill informed people posting nonsenical propaganda.

I cannot come off FB, my Chinese family have found a way to contact us this way. No idea how long it will last.
