I just really really clash with him. I can SEE that he is basically a 'nice guy's and is intelligent/Will be very capable.
But Jesus fing Christ. He has come into the organisation at the level above me, with no direct experience of our industry. I have been here nearly 5 years. So I am basically training him. Whilst he is concentrating on bossing me about and explaining things back to me in a patronising tone. He has me doing time wasting jobs because he doesnt have the experience to make the right judgements, and absolutely will not consider that i might have. Plus he just discussed my personal HR issues in a team meeting
