This is mine, I'd love to buy it and do it up but can you imagine the £££!

That’s more of a Knocker Downer Grin. But no, I wouldn’t. I already live in a not so much Fixer Upper but very old house that needs a LOT doing still, and constantly, even after DH owning it for 30 years. It’s like painting the Forth Bridge. Never again.

But there are no views! Not even a garden, just fence.

I need to sell one. I wish I could keep it.

That's an awful lot to pay for a fixer upper!

There is a garden quite narrow but long, not sure why it's not in the photos. (Dh and I had a sneaky look around the outside) It backs on to fields too. Bit of a strange layout but I can see what it could be😀 It would probably be more to do up than it would be worth though.

That needs more work than our place did! And we had to do a lot. Worth it though.

There's one near me. Empty for 14 years approx. Not touched in years before that. Roof tiles missing so collapsed ceilings inside. Still all the people's belongings in there.

We are edge of London so sure it will still go for a chunk of money!

This house is not far from me, in Glasgow’s west end. It has sat abandoned for years and at night there are these creepy red lights that fill a huge room on the ground floor but nobody has lived there for years! It fascinates me and I think it’s just such a shame it sits rotting.
