Just a call for help!!
My 11 month old lg was a wonderful sleeper, no regressions, sleep through and could be left to go to sleep. It was bliss. She was like this since she was 2 months old, it was great. Now however it's all changed 😢. She will not sleep through the night and she will wake up crying and won't settle without me or my partners help. We would cuddle her and pat her back. She will go back sleep for about just under an hour then it happens again. My back is now under strain from it but as soon as she sees me she instantly reaches for me 😪. Is there anything I can do to get her back to sleeping through the night? Or has anyone went through this and has any tips for me?
Her bed time routine is dinner at 5, bathe at 7, bottle at 7.45 and bed at 8.15. Sometimes she falls asleep on her own when being put down for bed but other times she cries. I just don't know what's happened tbh.
