What does your cleaner do?

A family member has asked me to clean for them, I’m just wanting to make sure I do a good job and was wondering what a professional cleaner does?
I know to clean bathrooms, Hoover, dust etc. Should I be changing bedding? What else should I be doing?

I just hired one today and she came over to discuss exact requirements

she's agreed to everything I asked which was:

clean bathrooms including loos
hoover upstairs and down
clean wood floors and stairs
clean kitchen hob, surfaces, fridge, cupboards and floor
empty bins and recycling
clean litter trays
dusting and polishing
misc things like skirting boards and switches
replace cats water (in case any cleaning sprays etc get in it)
strip and replace bedding (not laundry though just put old bedding in the basket)

I'll still do
loading and unloading the dishwasher
Laundry clean, dry and put away

Whats the family members house like? are they tidy in terms of clothes toys and crap laying about ?

Yes moderately tidy single person so not much to do in the way of tidying up.
