This really isn't a big deal. Me and mom don't get on at the best of times but she is now blaming me for them coming down with stomache bug. My mom, sister and dad have all come down with diarrhoea last night and this morning, they saw my son on Tuesday, he was sick on 1st of jan and again that evening, no sickness since, he had loose stools until Friday just gone. Me and partner haven't been ill yet. Is it possible they caught this from my son? She's having a go at me about which is pathetic as I waited a week after vomiting and few days after loose poo. He did have a dirty nappy whilst there but my dad changed that and washed his hands straight after. They all came down with it same day. The reason I. Posting is because I'm sick of being blamed for everything and just need piece of mind thst it wasn't actually my son
All 3 of them went to an a&e hospital yesterday morning but I know it's too soon to catch anything from there

Moms a diabetic which is why I have to be sure he's been well for a while, which is why I waited until I thought it was 'safe' for him to go round

They are much more likely to have picked it up from elsewhere, norovirus can incubate in as little as 12 hours so their A&E visit could be a contender.

It sounds like your son was over it, bugs are going around. I hope you don't get it from them now!
I guess best to ask your mother how many days does she feel you should keep away?

Thankyou for replies @Oddsocksandmeatballs ah I didn't know you could get it that soon, could possibly be that then and @AwakeNow I know,I haven't seen them, was due to see them on Saturday but I'm not going to now, it it wasn't a bug from my son I'm not going to expose him to another one so soon. I was worried it was my fault they are ill but thankyou for the reassuring it was unlikely x
