Does my daughter have post natal depression?

My daughter had her first baby 4 weeks ago. She had a difficult birth but has coped really well. Baby is perfect, she's well looked after and loved but my daughter doesn't want to leave the house.
I babysit sometimes and baby has stayed over a few times. My daughter has gone out with her friends a few nights over Christmas and new year but during the week she stays home. Obviously shes very tired and i understand that but I'm worried.
I offer help almost every day. I've offered to help with the baby, cleaning the house, doing the washing and shopping but she mostly ignores my offers of help and sometimes doesn't text me back at all. I asked her if she wanted to go out for lunch today and she did reply saying she didn't feel like going out. I'm trying not to be overbearing but i don't work and am only round the corner so i expected to be more involved in helping her out than this. I've come to terms with that now and that she may only want me as a babysitter and that's fine but i wondered if any other Mums can help me to support her in the right way, are there signs if PND? She is also missing appointments and not ringing back to rearrange. She should be taking iron tablets because she has low hemoglobin after the birth but she says she's not taking them. She's been on 2 lots of antibiotics for an infection following the birth and she said yesterday she thinks they are not working. I suggested she should go back to the Dr but I doubt she did make an appointment.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks
