Is my baby eating the right amount of food?

Hello,
My baby boy is 7.5 months old, weights around 9.7kg (1st7lbs) and measures around 42cm (16.6 inches), so pretty big for his age, he seems to be constantly hungry, crying for food and demanding our food too. Can you please advise if I give him enough/not enough/too much.

His sample menu:

  • 6oz milk
  • breakfast: 1 weetabix, 4tbs of yoghurt, poached pear or apple with the juice
  • lunch: 1/3 of salmon, 1/3 of carrot, 3 ice cubes of butternut squash, 1/3 parsnip, some broccoli, 3 ice cubes of sweet potato
1/2 avocado -6oz milk -dinner: 1 whole egg +1/4 of baked beans in tomato sauce (low sodium/sugar)
  • 6oz milk

P.S Any advice on eating out with a constantly hungry baby would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
Joanna

His breakfast and lunch seem on the larger side, my DD 23 months would eat around that amount and wouldn't finish that lunch but they all grow at different rates, as long as there are no unhealthy snacks snuck in there. It looks like he has a very healthy diet.
I wouldn't worry.
