He claims he has a propensity to 'kiss people in a non-sexual manner'.You'd think he would know better at his age.

He's a huge man child who has never grown up and can't take responsibility for himself.

I do have some compassion for the fact that he is clearly troubled, but that's not an excuse for his years of unpleasant behaviour.
