Anyone know how to turn on delivery reports for texts on a Galaxy S9?

I thought I'd managed to do it but have sent several texts this afternoon & it's not pinging like my HTC does when they're delivered

On my J5 you....

go into messages
tap the 3 dots on the top right
Settings
more settings
text messages
Delivery reports

Hmm, that's what I've done (I think). I'll try again - maybe I missed something!

Anyone any other ideas? It's still not doing it

Go on to messages, 3 dots top right then as followed

Hmm, does a notification pop up in the bar along the top? Maybe I need something turned on there.

Have you changed networks? I got delivery receipts for years but when I changed networks they stopped even though my phone was set up to receive them. On searching for a solution online I discovered that I could not get them on the network I was on. I got used to it eventually but when I changed networks last year I suddenly started getting them again!

@guessmyusername yes, I have! From EE to O2; I hadn't thought it might be the provider rather than me not turning them on properly...I shall google!
