How to make games consoles look tidy

I have spent the whole morning trying to reorganise my sons bedroom.
He is massively into gaming and has 4 different consoles. I cannot for the life of me make them look tidy. There's cables, controllers and games everywhere. Plus he has a huge gaming chair.
What he needs is a new desk with some kind of shelving unit. Has anyone got anything similar or seen any good ideas?

DH is also a gamer. Consoles are at least easier to house than a gaming PC!

Have a look at IKEA. The BESTA TV bench has space for four consoles plus controllers. If he needs a desk surface for the keyboard of a gaming PC then there is a Kallax / desk combination, although it is big. Does he have a TV or an monitor?

Velcro cable ties are cheap on Amazon to get the cables under control.

A decently sized TV stand is what we use. One that's large enough for all the consoles, tuck controllers down the side, and put the disk games in too. All the wires go around the back out of sight.

www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/storage-furniture/tv-media-benches/ - probably something suitable there. Fjallbo maybe?

They don't sell mine any more as it's from the grand old days of bubblescreen TVs so it's a two foot deep corner unit. I have six consoles in mine, all the controllers, a shelf of games, and a bunch of those little Nintendo figurines.
