How can you tell if houses are selling well in your area? I have contacted estate agents and they say that it is easy to sell houses in our road. How can I be sure that they are not just exaggerating the ease of selling just to get our business?
There haven't been many sales in the road over the last 10 years, but several neighbours have taken their houses off the market as unable to sell. Not sure if it was due to pricing issues or whether in fact that houses on our road are more difficult to shift.
