Little ones sleep program

Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone here has purchased the little ones sleep program? I have 6week old twin boys and was wondering if it would help to improve their sleep patterns and make them more settled?
Thank you!

Hiya! I have twin boys too who are now 16 months old. Honestly, the little ones sleep program changed my life! I know it won't be for everyone and to be honest it can be a little restrictive at times but I would really recommend it. My boys, unless they are ill or teething, sleep 7 - 7 consistently and will have a two hour nap 12:30 - 2:30 in the afternoon. As I said, this can be a little restrictive as they are so well tuned into this that they know when it's nap time and there is no keeping them awake. This can make days out etc difficult as mine generally hate sleeping in their pushchair. I would take that over how it was before though. They would cry and cry constantly as they got so overtired and our days were such a shambles when they were first born. For me, especially having two of them, I found I desperately needed the structure the program gave me and they have both thrived on the routine since we started! Hope that helps Smile

Oh blimey, sorry for the lack of paragraphs!

That's so hard to read, sorry!

It's very restrictive and hard to read, like one of those adventure books, skip to page 88 if your babies nap went ten minutes long, skip to page 99 if it went ten minutes too short.
I was so exhausted I didn't have the brainpower for it.

Same experience- it seems impenetrable.
I'm not sure of the benefits of any kind of sleep training until 6 months but that's just me.
