At 23:55 - bloody noisy milkman - is this a thing then, getting your milk delivered at night?

Mine usually comes at 4.30am ish, occasionally he comes at midnight. Yes, it's a thing, as the milk keeps cool on the doorstep at night and we get it in in the morning before work. It would be sour if left on the doorstep all day especially in the summer time. I've been having mine delivered for about 10 years to reduce plastic waste.

Ours comes between about midnight and 1am, I'm never up but DH sometimes is.

Our milkman at our last house usually arrived between midnight and 0130, except Friday when he could be as early as 2300.
