London people - best restaurant for 50th birthday lunch near Holborn/Bloomsbury please?

This is for a small group of friends, no children or grandparents to cater for. Want somewhere quirky/unusual/charming - price around £50 pp although that's not really important.

I believe the restaurant at the Rosewood is supposed to be excellent. It’s on High Holborn. The Delauney is also lovely but further up towards the Strand.
