If I earn 10K per year how much will I receive in Tax Credits if I leave DH?

I'm seriously considering divorce.
We have a mortgage, I want to stay here.

I earn 10K per year and have 2 disabled DC. I currently receive no Tax Credits. I've been on entitled to and it asks what your tax credits currently are so I've no idea how to find out if I can survive and keep the house.
