Are eggs healthy or not

I’m so confused. Sometimes I read things about low carbing where eggs are amazing. Other times I read about a whole food plant based approach where eggs are really bad.

I’m so confused arrrgggghhh

Eggs are good for you. Full stop. End of story.

Eggs are fantastic. Love them.

I’m vegan, kids aren’t. Eggs are said to be healthy, I just don’t agree with them ethically. If I have to buy them (diabetic DS likes them) then I go for organic as they are most humanely treated chickens.

My friend used to keep chooks, they were pampered divas who sometimes deigned to lay the odd egg.

Food wise, eggs are supposed to be a decent source of protein.

From a child point of view, omelettes are anneclxcellsnt waynof getting a decent meal into my children.

Eggs rule. They contain good amino acids. They also fill you up so you’re not snacking on crisps.

Agree that eggs are a very healthy food

You only 'need' two foods for perfect health and eggs are one of them

A skin on potato is the other apparently
