Facebook business page - hide reviews

I have a Facebook business page for my business, and someone with a grudge has left a review, despite never having used my service. I have reported to Facebook to ask them to remove this review, but I understand Facebook can take days to get round to this. Does anyone know how to hide all reviews in the meantime, or unpublish the review tab? I have tried to follow steps on google but the steps are for the desktop site, which I can't access on my phone. I have tried everything!

Have you tried switching your browser to desktop mode, on chrome you use the menu ellipse top right.

If you do want to address the review, think very very carefully how you word your reply. Be factual and extremely polite. Be clear but don't try to be defensive if you know what I mean.
I take single bad reviews with a pinch of salt but the business owner's reply is very telling of whether there is any truth to the bad review.

Is showing the street address of your business essential?

You can hide reviews by removing the visibility of the street address.
