New Blog - practical tips for chronic illness and stream of consciousness rambling

I've been a member of Mumsnet since 2006 but after many years of lurking rather than posting (and losing my login details) I have rejoined.

I started this blog as I was a bit bored in the Christmas holidays - I'm not 100% sure where I'm going with it as I can't decide whether to focus more on humour or practical tips - I know a lot of things, but I'm also a bit strange and don't quite think I fit in with most chronic illness bloggers (nor is that all I want to focus on).

I have probably confused myself by reading too many 'how to blog' websites.

Anyway, here it is if anyone is interested (goes back to hiding in cupboard)

Hi HeadFullofCats,

(great idea to explain the metaphor on your blog home page- I get it now. vivid picture!)

good on you for starting a blog. looking forward to reading some more.
I wouldn't worry about what to focus on- just be you and share what you want to talk about honestly. That's what I do (well, for my blog, I also blog for an insurance claim company to pay the bills and for that one I have to follow a lot of "how to blog" rules. Here's the result in case its helpful in any way, maybe as examples of how to structure posts so they get found by more people? www.claimscore.co.uk/guides ) .
what is your next post going to be about?
