Cutting out dairy, which foods?

Im wanting to cut out dairy products as I feel bloated most of the time so am going to give it ago. Is it milk, cheese, butter?

Yep, all of those are dairy.

It's a big challenge but there's lots of alternatives out there.

Oat milk
Dairy free margarine (margarine contains dairy)
Vegan foods
Free from ranges in all supermarkets

Yes, if you really need to cut it out you'll need to watch ingredients on foods. Things like skimmed milk powder, whey powder, whey protein, lactose etc.

Also yoghurt, cream and ice-cream.

Have you tested if it's wheat/gluten making you bloated? I'd do that first.
