Quick question re childs first passport application

I'm at the questions about grandparents.

The application asks for maternal grandmothers surname. Do they want her maiden name or married name? The help box very helpfully clarifies that the maternal grandmother is my mum but does'nt confirm if it wants maiden or married name. I'm assuming married as that's how it is on my birth certificate?

I think I put married name and then gave maiden names in the additional info bit. I went a bit overkill but was tight on time and didn’t want it send back
