We are a family of 4, and looking at booking our first ever family holiday. So exited that we are finally in a position to do this. Our DC are 10 and 8 and we are looking at a week, which has ruled out Florida and Disney World etc. We would like to be near a beach, but nowhere that requires vaccinations as our DD has special needs and there is no way she would tolerate this. We would like to do some excursions, maybe see some sights or do something fun outside a resort. I have sat for weeks looking and there is so much choice! And not in the slightest narrowed down the choice.

Any recommendations, please?

cyprus? you could stay somewhere like this which has a pool and is a 15 minute walk from Paphos (there are loads of things to do there- have a look round the old castle, walk along the harbour, go to the beach, have a meal etc). all the best x

forgot to add, there is also a waterpark nearby, which runs a shuttle bus. im not too sure where the bus stops but it is a great park, i'll link the website for it here. link
