Just after some advice really - first time I am looking at it - have stayed with Haven in the past quite a few times and always booked a 'prestige' van, would like to do the same again - is this possible with the offer or do you just get what you are given? Is there anything I need to look out for? I can't help thinking it's all too good to be true to be honest but so many people seem to do it every year
