I do :( .. even 7.5 hours feels like nothing and I'd be moody, have bad skin, get sugar cravings throughout the day (i.e. symptoms that health advice usually says appears for people who get 4-5 hours or less and consistently across several days/weeks... not sure why I feel it so much even if I get 30 mins less just once!

I’m like this! It doesn’t help That im a night owl so if I don’t get the balance right and I have to rise earlier than usual it knocks me off. I could have 8 hours sleep and be ready to go, if I have 7 I have brain fog the lot. I have no idea how people function on hardly any sleep!

Yes. I need about 9 hours a night. Feel hungover if I have disturbed sleep.

That sounds awful. How do you cope with babies/small children then?

Or the other end of the child rearing chain, that we are going through at the moment - teens coming and going at odd hours and disturbing us.

Me! Me and my partner go to bed around 9pm, he gets up at 6am for work and I'm usually up around 6.45 with out 1 year old. We both feel groggy without enough sleep!

I do.

I start to get a bit stressed if I can’t get to sleep for whatever reason as well and feel the precious ‘potential’ sleep slipping away!!

On a work night, I try to go to sleep at 10 and then wake up at 6.45 which is perfect.
