I have in the past accidentally pissed myself when sneezing ( and only after having two babies!!) but definitely haven’t ever sneezed out a tampon.

This doesn't usually happen! I have one DS (4) who was born by caesarean... I have never pissed myself. Maybe now I'm 30 everything including my pelvic floor is going to shit :(
