I am 42, a single parent going through a divorce after 14 years being together. Feeling very lonely and isolated. My closest friends were his friends and family members. Need to make new friends. Anyone interested?

Its not easy going through divorce but you will be fine and become a much stronger person.
I used to live in nn5, duston, but moved to nn4, back in 2002.
How are you finding your days and nights, i used to find the days/evenings when dd was at her dads were awful for me, quite lonely and you go over and over things in your head and you probably don't get a great deal of sleep either.

I'm feel like I am on autopilot. I don't know how I physically do everything I do but somehow i just do. By 9pm I feel i am ready to collapse but still i am awake till 2, 3, sometimes 4 and then repeat the same day again. DS has no contact with his dad so I get no break/help but I don't mind that, but the guilt of what it's doing to him is soul destroying. His too young for me to explain why he can't see his dad.
