Which do you prefer Skype or Zoom?

And why? I've never used them before but will have to shortly. Any advice?

I use Zoom for online meetings and am really happy with it. I've used Skype with friends but when I tried it for work I didn't get on with it - can't remember why!

I've just remembered that in my line of work I need to make notes that the other people can see so need some sort of whiteboard or chat that stays open and I don't know if that was available on Skype. I may be wrong though!
