YHA/hostel walking holiday- websites/info ideas?

If you were in your late teens/ early 20s, and you were thinking about a hiking trip going maybe from hostel to hostel walking, like, say the Cornwall Coastal path, Welsh coast, Lake District... where might you look for ideas or possible itineraries?

Coast to coast maybe?

The Long Distance Walkers Association has lists of many many long distance trails and other useful information such as accomodation, support services etc.

The YHA website is probably also useful.
