Supermarket food bank collections

Do the collections in supermarkets actually reach the food banks?

My nearest food bank is a bit of a trek which is fine but it would be much easier just to donate via the trolley in local supermarket. I don’t know why I’ve never done it that way - guess I thought it was better just to deliver direct (?)

Yes - a foodbank driver will come to the supermarket and collect the donations☺

Thanks for the reassurance - just wanted to make sure getting to right place and not just sitting in a supermarket trolley
