Water tank / box

There is a water tank/Box in a bedroom it stands about 4.5 ft heigh. And 3 foot wide. On the opposite wall about 2 foot along is the chimney breast. It's made a double room become a small single. It can't be removed as its in use. I'm renting so can't move it. Any suggestions would be great

I'd have a chat with the landlord, if you offer to pay for the work they might be up for moving it.

Suggestions for... what exactly? You've given us nothing to go on. Hiding the box? Fitting in a double bed? Other uses for the room? Whether it would be suitable as an airbnb let for people under 4'6"?
